Each state is shown by a different color of red based on how many hate groups are in each state. In our own state of Arkansas, we have 15 different hate groups. There is everything from ACT for America (Anit-Muslim), to Shieldwall Newtwork (White Nationalist). It seems like the more hate groups are based in the south. With the leading nationwide hate group is Black Seperationist.  Each year since 1990, the SPLC has published an annual census of hate groups operating within the United States. The hate map, which depicts the groups' approximate locations, is the result of a year of monitoring by analysts and researchers and is typically published every January or February. "US Women’s Soccer Sues for Equal Pay" by Mika P.

On August 9, 2019, District Judge R. Gary Klausner set a trial date for the lawsuit brought against U.S. Soccer by members of the women's national team. The trial will begin on May 5, 2020, and last four to five days (ESPN). The lawsuit is about the gender pay gap. Carli Lloyd, Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan and Becky Sauerbrunn will represent the 28 women that are on the current team. Molly Levinson called it “a historic step forward in the struggle to achieve equal pay” (ESPN). On February 23, 2020 in north-east Delhi, riots broke out. These violent outburst lasted 4 days. Cars were ablaze and homes were being torched to the ground. Muslim mosques were also completely destroyed. The divide between Hindus and Muslims is now the greatest seen in this area in years and ultimately led to the disastrous riots that killed at least 46 people. The majority of the death toll being Muslims. The riot was the worst religious conflict that India has seen in years. In the end of this many Muslims were left homeless and fleeing from their once home in fear for their lives. Since the reelection of Hindu Nationalist Narendra Modi, violence and support against Muslims has popularized. His disapproval of Muslims is one of the main push factors for this deadly outburst. Panic buying: the action of buying large quantities of a particular product or commodity due to sudden fears of a forthcoming shortage or price increase- Lexico English Dictionary This past weekend, mobs of people stormed supermarkets across the nation in search of sanitary products, dried foods, and bottled water. Fears of a worsening coronavirus outbreak have led to panic among U.S. shoppers and other affected nations around the world. China and Italy have already experienced dire shortages in stores due to the coronavirus pandemic. People have begun assembling “pandemic pantries” stocked full of essential goods and sanitary products. It is very common for people to rush out to the nearest stores and stock up in the wake of impending pandemics and disasters.
